RESPONSE TIME:

• I do my best to respond within 3 business days, which is determined by my production/family schedule.
• I typically have a longer response time in April-June and from October-December due to a heavier production schedule with the busy holiday season.
• I appreciate your patience and understanding, since I'm a one-woman show. I will get back with you as soon as I am able.

AVAILABILITY:

• Spots are not held or "penciled in" on my calendar without a non-refundable retainer or paid invoice. If you have not been invoiced, you're not on my calendar. Payment is due at the time of the invoice.
• When inquiring about availability, please keep in mind that availability is subject to change at any point as I get orders.
• Orders needed with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a minimum charge of $15 (up to 20% of the order total based on design, quantity, and packaging). This fee is to cover overtime, ingredient sourcing, and rearranging prep/production schedules to accommodate the last-minute request. Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed, so early ordering is always recommended.
• A general calendar is at the bottom of this page, which will show various events, blackout dates, dates that are already booked, etc.

• As of June 1, 2026, I will no longer be offering cakes or cupcakes and will begin focusing strictly on my custom cookie orders. I will still be offering cookie cakes and potentially other treats during holiday presales. I am still accepting wedding cake requests at this time.
